How is O'Reily's progress coming. when should we expect to see him play?

Being progressing beautifully as a backman for Coburg in recent weeks. Still is being developed and educated. Is still a rookie so needs to be elevated before we can even begin to speculate him playing for the Tigers and even then I think a few rookies are still ahead of him at present.
