I agree Brown is gone, he's been on my delist/trade list since the start of the year
I wouldn't say he's negotiated an over the top contract though as he took a significant paycut after his injury, he admitted as much in the media.
Still not sure why it needs to be brought up in a nicknames thread

Jake Batchelor -  Pad or Flat as in "Bachelor Pad or flat"
Brad Helbig - "Hellboy" or "Bigun"
Tom Derrickx - The "X-man" or "Clive" as in Derrick and Clive.  ;D

Top draft picks given new nicknames at AFL clubs

Herald Sun
January 6, 2017

WHEN a fresh-faced recruit arrives at an AFL club, there is a process that must be followed.

The draftee is assigned a jumper number and a locker. And a nickname.

The nicknames handed out to some of last year’s top draft picks reveal the creativity of their teammates — in most cases, anyway.

RYAN GARTHWAITE (RICHMOND) — DARYL

The Tigers’ final pick at No. 72 in the draft was quickly initiated into footy club culture, with ‘Garth Vader’ an early nickname before Jack Riewoldt came up with the reference to singer Daryl Braithwaite.
