Stack comes in as the sub.

Castagna must go, he is seriously crap. Soldo too.
-
Shedda is worthy of more scrutiny than Georgie.

Shedda is worthy of more scrutiny than Georgie.
How so? Sheds while still avg was better in nearly every way to Castagna and has a hell of a lot more runs on the board. George was missing targets both by hand and foot. that turnover in the middle where he was in space and decided to deliver a hospital handball to vlas (poorly I might add) with eagles around him which led to a turnover goal was something else.

Out: Castagna, Dusty (have to be under extreme doubt)
In: Prestia, Sonsie, Lambert sub
Balta & Cotch won't play.
-
Out
Soldo if Balta fit
Castagna
Dusty
In
Balta if fit
Prestia
Cotchin if fit
Keep Soldo if Balta not ready. Dow or RCD in if Cotch not ready.
-
IN: Prestia, Lambert
OUTS: Soldo, Dusty (they'll be very conservative)
I'd seriously consider dropping Hugo but they won't and Castagna isn't going to be dropped
So we move on

Dion Prestia is highly likely to return from a concussion next week.
Noah Balta, however, is still a week or two away from making his own return from a hamstring injury.
“We’ll make an assessment, similar sort of thing [to Martin], we won’t push him if he’s not right,” Hardwick said.

Prestia in for Dusty.
Castagna won't be dropped after one week.
-
Our forward line doesn't look good with George in it.
-
We kicked 20 goals with George in the side so our forward line looked ok with him in it I reckon.
Not the biggest George fan in the world but lets be fair on the guy.
-
Stack or sonsie in for castagna surely. Prestia in for lambert? If dusty is fit get him in because he’ll need to sharpen up his touch and finesse and build match fitness leading into sept
-
Dusty has already been ruled out

LOL We kicked 20 despite George you mean. In being fair no one watches AFL FOOTY to be confronted by u12 skills.
The bloke is a hack and the down side is he is taking games off some very promising kids who need the experience.

3 time premiership hacks are pretty rare lol

Team Tips:
Dustin Martin’s hamstring setback was the only sour note to Richmond’s stirring win over West Coast, with Dion Prestia (concussion) set to replace him. Nick Vlasutin could also miss through suspension pending the outcome of his tribunal challenge. Medical sub Kane Lambert is at the front of the queue to come into the 22, although Matt Parker (28 disposals), Thomson Dow (24 touches) Jake Aarts (21 disposals, one goal) and Noah Cumberland (15 touches, two goals) all staked their claims in the VFL.

I'd seriously consider dropping Hugo but they won't and Castagna isn't going to be dropped
So we move on
So now that Vlastuin is out
Stack must come in. He can play
As the defensive role and he's earned his chance with very good VFL form
But if I base it on consistently good VFL form he's probably no chance :-\ :P

Timing is everything- Stack has a fractured cheekbone received from Jetta.
-
Out: Dusty, Vlastuin, Castagna
In: Prestia, Mansell (play lock down on rankine), Lambert

Timing never lines up for Stacky. Hope he's back soon.

Need 2 rucks as long as balta is out. Don’t wanna see jack in the ruck again. Especially against the likes of witts.

In the Mix: Round 17

After getting close to full strength a few weeks back, the Tigers are now finding a few of their bigger names on the sidelines.
Dustin Martin won't face Gold Coast this week after the club confirmed “a small hamstring strain”, while reliable defender Nick Vlastuin has accepted a one-match suspension.
Dion Prestia's recovery from concussion seems on track and he should return, but Trent Cotchin is at least another week away. So too is Noah Balta who would have been handy in Vlastuin's absence.
Kane Lambert grabbed just three touches through the second half after replacing Martin and, with a six-day turnaround, interstate travel and his chronic hip concerns, the club favourite may stay in Melbourne for a lighter VFL run.
If the Tigers want a defender to replace Vlastuin they may call on Rhyan Mansell or the more versatile Matt Parker, who stood out in the VFL last round.
Yet-to-debut midfielder Tyler Sonsie impressed again, as did Thomson Dow and either could get a run if Prestia doesn't come up.
Verdict: Prestia and Parker in for Martin and Vlastuin.
