Title: 3km Time Trial @ Princes Park

* Everyone hit their return [to preseason] targets in the time trial.

* Bolton ran a PB.

* Lambert is the fittest at the club according to Jayden Short.

* Short to move into the midfield/wing next year. He's in rehab with Oleg Markov after both had shoulder ops.
