Title: Is TPG any good
Post by: Ramps on September 16, 2009, 11:42:23 PM
Does anyone here use TPG for there internet services? Are they any good? I want to change my provider and some have suggested TPG provides good value for money. Has anyone had any experience with TPG. Id like to know what there like in terms of service and speed.

Best place for anyone to check out some real world opinions of ISP's is whirlpool

http://www.whirlpool.net.au    and go to broadband choice. TPG is cheap and does the job but their support sucks. This may have changed since they were taken over by Soul but pound for pound, the best ISP overall would have to be Internode. Their reliability is excellent, speeds first class and if you want to talk to them, one of the fery few top line ISP's left that have their support team here in Australia, Not Babu in Mumbai saying Good Day Mate.
