According to One Week At A Time the top 3 Tigers in this year's Champion Data stats are
1. Deledio
2. Tuck
3. Bowden
Interesting that one is the current B&F and the other two are going and gone. So much for stats!

In an average team, after an average year (actually crap year) these stats don't really matter or mean anything to me. Deledio is the only shining light out of the 3.

Just shows arguably how inefficient and poor with the footy we are/were. We often had more disposals than the opposition which would boost our champion data stats but significantly less inside 50s to actually kick goals and win a game thanks to our gamestyle and shocking schoolboy turnovers. Out of the 3 above Tucky and Joel didn't hurt the opposition given the numbers they had. Only Lids (with Richo out injured) would concern opposition coaches if he got too much of the ball.

Wallace & his coaching staff did a fantastic job destroying the club ;D

I agree. Individual player stats mean nothing in a crap season. No matter how you window dress a turd...its still a turd.

No doubt stats can lie MT
Richmond were ranked 10th in team disposal averages this year....we may of ranked higher had it not been for our last month of shame.
In 2008 we were ranked 2nd...and still no finals ::)
As for shocking schoolboy turnovers.... Surely we must be ranked #1 in that category.

Hopefully other clubs are aware of this too. Late second rounder for Tucky would do the job.

In defense of Joel Bowden, he was one of the few who could hit a target when kicking out from defense this year. I actually think he had one of his better games just before he got dropped, which is why he must have known his number was up.

i too am said to see true tigers like Joel go,but unfortunately this club needs hard and tough decisions to be made, more than other club
