Hey guys i was living in LA when this happend but how did carlton cheat the system ?? like storms ?

AFL fined them $1 million but then had to gift it back to prop the Blues up as they were broke thanks to the Legends stand $11m write-down debacle also caused by Big Jack deluding himself into believing AFL games would always be played at Princes Park.
