Just reported on SEN.

Ablett will miss Sunday's game with hammy tightness.

Nothing worng with him IMO, it's the polite way of telling everyone that they are resting him.... because they can. I am surprised they haven't had more of their players come down with hamstring tightness.... ::)

Wouldnt be surprised if he is dirty about the comments Bomber has been making lately and pulled a nathan Ablett!

Ablett has been replaced in an expanded 25-man squad by Nathan Djerrkura.

Not often you get Geelong without Ablett, Corey, Scarlett and Rooke. A shame we're too young and inexperienced for it to make much of a difference on Sunday.

Not often you get Geelong without Ablett, Corey, Scarlett and Rooke. A shame we're too young and inexperienced for it to make much of a difference on Sunday.

Maybe not in terms of winning/losing, but hopefully it might in keeping the score semi respectable

really, i thought we replaced inexpereince with thursty, polo and Jacko, i smell an upset brewing :P

I thought that initially but apparently he didn't compete in any training today and was plain crap in the fitness test they gave him so I think this is legit.

Hopefully will reduce the effectiveness of Geelong but doubt it agree with Tuckerbag's comments
