The one running back with the flight of the ball to take a contested mark in the goalsquare was a beauty too :thumbsup

My favourite.
I had to double-take to realise it was Jack. He went to ground in a contest just before the ball was swung onto boot and was just far more desperate than anyone in red and white.

Wasn't a mark. The ump paid a free for LRT chopping Jack's arm.

That's right, but he will get a nomination for the goalsquare mark :thumbsup

wayne you're spot on.
Jack's goalsquare mark which Walls gave the tick is up against Peterson and Gumbleton's marks in the official mark of the week. The voting on the AFL site doesn't start until tomorrow.
-
He's taking speckies every week lol

That's not how I read the umpires comments. Yes he said LRT chopped Jack's arm but I thought it was in answer to LRT complaint that Jack dropped it. I thought the mark was paid.
Take your pick I suppose, it was still a goal. ;D

Even though Jack's mark was a beauty he won't beat Gumbleton's this week.

I bet Jack said "WTF are you doing up here Thursty?" :rollin

Thought Thursty was going to kill him as they both ran at the footy.
The way Jack attacks thee footy hee'll have his knocks over the years, but it would be nice if it wasn't friendly fire.
