"Hardwick wants to give players aged 22 and under 500 games of experience this season and next. It will mean 1000 hours of game experience before the expectations become too high"


Games played after round 14 by players younger than 22 at the start of the season:

those benchmark figures for Geelong and Hawthorn - are they for the year or after 14 rounds?

those benchmark figures for Geelong and Hawthorn - are they for the year or after 14 rounds?

Looking at Hawthorn it must be at season's end as they had:

Crawford, Everitt, Smith, Clarke, Croad, Vandenburg, Mitchell, Osborne, Dixon, Hay, Lekkas play a lot of footy and either be over 22 or 22 at the beginning of the season.
