The AFL site has a 'Rate Your List' page where you vote to 'keep' or 'trade' each player on our list.

Hislop      16%

Gilligan    24%
Tambling  34%
Nahas      51%
Contin     62%

Everyone else got above 80% to 'keep'.

Bit rough on Dea, only got picked up last draft and got injured...

Tambo is stiff. Could not have been fully fit and people need to get over the pick 4 crap. He will be a good player if he can remain injury free.

I've just gone through all the teams I hate and hit the trade button for every single player.
