Just received an email from the club offering a paid for Adult 11 game membership for signing up with our sponsor Australian Power & Gas before Dec 17th. Offer seems good - shame it only appears to apply to Victorians. Here's the link:

Yeah just called them. Its the free Adult 11 if you sign up with them for 12 months.
If your not locked into a contract its good to get another membership for not doing much really.
Problem as i along with most victorians do receive 8% off each month deals which works out to be the same discount as this mob is offering. Difference is club gets the extra cash not the electricity companies.

you ask they give.
like all of those money stealing big corps all u have to do is to call them up and say your leaving as your next door is getting a cheaper deal and they will offer you a discount like that.
Same goes with Private Health and your home loans. Speak to the disconnection or customer solutions team and tell them you want out

Doesn't always work. I do tech support for a small ISP and people say "TPG are offerring these amazing plans, can you give me a discount to keep me on board?". Sadly, if we did that, we'd be losing money.
If they want wait 20 minutes to talk to somebody in the Phillipines every time they're having internet troubles, they can do so.

true not always but i can tell you the amount of coin i have saved for my olds have been substantial.
i wouldnt say can you price match id say im leaving and want to cancel my service.
If you are not locked into a contract they will fight to keep you that i can guarantee you that 100%. They are greedy pricks

They are sponsors of ours and the offer has been available (ends May 31) since memberships went out late last year.
