Title: Social Club Sunday
Post by: Hellenic Tiger on June 07, 2011, 09:01:14 PM
With a few interstate games over the next few weeks just wondering if the Social Club at the ME Bank centre might be open for members and RFC fans to watch the game. Might be a good turnout being a long weekend?
Bar prices and all proceeds go to FTF. Just an Idea.
With a game the following week in BrisVegas on Sat night and the Gold Coast game in Cairns could add some $$$$$ for the FTF.

Maybe they should invest for long term gain if that is the current situation.  :-\

Long term that's the plan but it's got something to do with parts of the building not being finished yet I believe

I thought so WP. Would be good in future seasons whenever we play interstate to go there have a feed a few drinks and watch the footy whilst mingling with Tiger fans with all proceeds going to the Footy Club. :thumbsup

I know other clubs do it. Unless there is a game at the G and the car parks are full you can park at Punt Rd or catch transport in being centrally located and make a night of it if we happen to be playing interstate on a Friday or Saturday night. :cheers
