Title: Getting to know WP and MT-Questionaire
Post by: Ox on August 15, 2011, 06:47:46 PM
Firstly,well done on starting "OER'.
It's given a plethora of mindless bogans, a canvas to create upon with their,
ever so witty minds ;D,as well as offering a democratic society to posters and such.

First question to both of you;

Was it worth it ???

The reason the original question hasn't been an answered is because I don't think you would really don't want to know the answer

Could always step down as admin man or ditch the site all together if you regret it. Or maybe get more mods, I am sure red would be keen. ;D

who was responsible for the latest smut and filth? JT was away and has been out of trouble for quite a while now :lol

Ahh wow. Question for the mods: your favourite OER post? Could be a beauty from Oxx or words of wisdom from Gordon Bennett.

Some of the stuff from when Wallace was appointed was priceless especially when you read it now

Some people who can't stand him now, loved him 7 years ago  ;D

Ramps (10Flags) will claim he was ahead of his time and the Club has pinched his idea from 7 years ago  ;D

SOS Mark 2- Ramps Style: Operation 60,000
November 30, 2004

4 million dollar debt is shocking, but we have one thing that no one can take away and thats the supporters. We were first to a million supporters in 1980. Theres hundreds of thousands of yellow and black devotees, so i have my solution and its Operation 60,000.

Richmond should just come out and try and blow away all opposition when it comes to membership numbers...my view is one day all of the big clubs will be parading membership numbers of between 50-60,000 people. So why not do it now! A fully fledged campaign...to get 60,000 for 2005- thats an increase of 33,000 members- people will say im peeed but i know one thing Richmond supporters love their club...come out...lay it on the line...60,000 to blow away the pies and the dons, to pay off our debt and have money in the bank by end of 2005.

Whose with me lol :cheers

tiga is famous for his parodies  :thumbsup. We are still waiting to sing Halleluja though ;D

Halleluja (sung to the tune of Halleluja by Lenoard Cohen and also performed by Jeff Buckley)

Well a message came down from the board
The way we play doesn’t please the Horde
But you don't really care for losing, do ya?
Well we know we need mindset shift:
One week we fail and the next we lift
The banner makers are praying Hallelujah

Hallelujah Hallelujah Hallelujah Hallelujah...

Well our faith is strong but we need the proof
A shining light through the phone box roof
A player with class and skill that will thrill ya
Well Richo’s finally kicking straight
And Brownie’s leg is feeling great
And Cogs and Newy are running Hallelujah

Hallelujah Hallelujah Hallelujah Hallelujah...

(Yeah but) Baby We've been here before
A promising team that has hit the floor, (You know)
But there’s something different this time I tell ya
Well we’ve strengthened up from front to back
and gained some more skill in attack
And all the fans are screaming Hallelujah

Hallelujah Hallelujah Hallelujah Hallelujah...

Well there was a time when we were so low
When Danny Frawley ran the show
Tears filled our beers and depression that would kill ya
Then Wallace came and cleaned the slate
The ferals love and no longer hate
And finals are in sight now Hallelujah

Hallelujah Hallelujah Hallelujah

Hallelujah...

[Instrumental]

Maybe there's a God above
And at last we give the eight a shove
And no inconsistent form… that would fool ya
Now there’s no more tears on Sunday night
Cause the players have finally seen the light
Now Tigerland is singing Hallelujah

Hallelujah Hallelujah Hallelujah Hallelu...
Hallelujah Hallelujah Hallelujah Hallelu...
Hallelujah Hallelujah Hallelujah

Frawley copped it big time in the early days before 2007 (before any blame and anger from supporters switched onto Wallace).

Ox had his 101 things Frawley did wrong as coach thread

And Frawley's whole footy career as player and coach was summed up in this thread titled "Remembering Spud"
Quote
As a player

1984 - Wooden Spoon
1985 - Wooden Spoon
1986 - Wooden Spoon
1988 - Wooden Spoon

As an Assistant Coach

1999 - Wooden Spoon

As a Senior Coach

2002 - 3rd last
2003 - 4th last
2004 - Wooden Spoon
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I had my Spud Season pics which could equally now apply to the gameplan under Plough :yep ...
