Ch 7 news tonight claimed Leon Davis has quit the Pies and may quit AFL altogether to go home to WA and be near his family playing possibly in the WAFL.

Leon davis walks?
LEON Davis has quit Collingwood, according to close friend Brian Taylor.
Taylor, a former Magpie turned commentator, has told 3AW that the 2011 All-Australian is set to play in the WAFL or SANFL next year.
“He has cut ties with the Collingwood Football Club as of today,” Taylor said.
A short time ago, Taylor tweeted: “Leon wanted to stay at Pies, but not comfortable with the deal. Any other current AA not played next year, don't reckon. no dollars left.”
The Pies have salary cap pressure and Taylor said Davis was offered a one-year deal about $100,000 short of what he thought he was worth.
