Geelong has a standalone team so he won't be making game plans up they would be coming down from senior coaches on how they want players to play in AFL. So as long as he can communicate the plan across to the players he'll do fine.

Yet apparently not good enough to coach our VFL side

There will be a few Tiger fans in contention for the London Olympics with all the backflipping about to be done
