Title: Out of the Draft

One thing that sticks out in these interviews is the quality of the speaking by all the players drafted last year.  You can see the benefits of using personality and psychological testing that they do/did.
This is why we may see a roughy at 26.  Someone we are not expecting or heard much about?

Better than drafing them because the mow good lawns!!

It would seem you don't need a good one to judge one.
