The only way Schulz will be a legend is that in articles about draft bombs in years to come the list will go:

1. J Schultz
Daylight
2. R Roberts
3. T Taylor
4. R Tambling
5. M Arnot

So what guernsey numbers will Ellis, Elton and Arnot get?

Available guernseys are 5, 15, 22, 27, 31, 42, 43, 44, 45 and 47+.

I would like to see this:

Reece Conca decide to take #5

Brandon Ellis #33 (after Gourdis is delisted)

Todd Elton #45

Matthew Arnot #30

Pre-Season player #31

The seven rookies to take #'s 42, 43, 44, 47, 48, 49, 50.

Rookie Addam Maric, #42 and re-rookie Pat Contin #49 and Ben Jakobi #43

On Ch7's news tonight they showed the team at the Airport

Brief grab from Ellis who spoke about looking forward to going to the US and getting to know the boys

FWIW his backpack had number 44 on it  ;D

From the photos Ellis and Arnot both have short hair, are of similar height and solid bodies. The footy dept. staff must have mixed them up lol.

I'm guessing Heslin's number is 45 then as our first new rookie.

Good to see #33 is vacant until we find someone worthy of replacing Gourdis. Such a shame he didn't want to play next year. Kid was a prodigy, could have been anything. :thumbsup
