Channel 10 news just said that Newy will on One's (formerly OneHD ;D) "AFL - Game Plan" show tonight

Newy was just on the show...

* Carey spoke about after two losses the talk about Richmond is negative again and asked Newy if Dimma and the players gone through the whole "meetings" scenario? Newy replied we'd only have meetings after the first two rounds if the gameplan and structures weren't working. We've played one bad quarter in each game and that's what has cost us. Not good enough to have that as an excuse he knows but it means we need to keep improving and getting better. Need to find that consistency over 4 quarters.

* Newy tries to stay clear of Dusty's dad lol.

* Carey said the Tiges need improvement from that middle tier rung and they'll win.

* Newy said Jack probably hasn't kicked as many goals as he'd like although he did kick 4 in round 1. We haven't helped him in the first two rounds with our entries inside forward 50 putting the ball on Jack's head too often.

* Not sure what is going on with Jack's hair lol.

* Newy added at the end that games between Melbourne and us have been close affairs and they'll be fired up at the start. We've just got to produce 4 consistent quarters, get more out of our core players and our leaders.

what about asking some hard questions
why he cant lead the group to victory.

I don't watch 'Footy Shows' anymore for exactly that reason.

Best part was where Eddie was asked who is his favourite player at Collingwood.
He replied with the usual deciding among your kids crap but then said "Travis Cloke".
Yeah Ed, he's much better than Swan (Brownlow) or Pendles (club B&F) or even flashy ones like Daisy.
So funny, Trav and David must be making them sweat bullets about how they're going to fit Trav into the cap.
