Miller was finally on the show at 7.30pm...

* Looking forward to the game against Port on Sunday.

* Not only against West Coast and Geelong but also against Collingwood there's been that 8 minute lapse that has cost us and forced us to play catch up for the rest of the game.

* Richo praised the improvement of our defence given 5 of the 6 apart from Newy had played less than 50 games each going into the season. Miller gave Batchelor a wrap say he's such a good reader of the play and a good kick. Richo has been impressed by Rance and Grimes as key backs.

* Miller said our stoppage work in the forward line has been good. Keeps pressure on the opposition until someone breaks.

* Miller felt the forward line last week was working for each other more. Jack, himself and co. were more on the same page. We have the opportunity of a pretty potent forward line if we have everyone up and going. We just have got to get there.

* Healy and Russell were trying to build it up as crisis time  ::) if we were to lose this week (the season would be shot if you lose). Miller said we've just to keeping working on how we've played the last 3 weeks. As the cliche says taking it one game at a time. No difference at training just because we aren't playing a top 4 side this week. He assured everyone we are determined to go over to Adelaide and win.

We handled the Melbourne game well as a team when the same "season over for the loser" comments were being made by the media. No reason why we can't do the same against Port.

we need to beat port, or our good performances against the top sides are meaningless.

to make the finals we need to be 5-7 at worst after 12 games, but preferably 6-6 and we have tougher games than this coming up.

the time to start converting good form into results is now.
