Any changes after today's win?
Fire away ....
-
Angus in for Vickery :o
How long did Jackson get?
-
Edwards out for being too fancy & turning the ball over again.
-
Jacko only got one week. Newy might pull up sore, same with Conca so he may come in for them.
Vickers is close to dew kicking.

Looks like Hardwick is fed up with Tyrone.
-
Elton would be superior option to gus
-
I am super keen to get Gus in we have 2 ruckmen in form could create a great duo like cox and nic nat except more unpolished and less skillful but nether the less could be potent
-
Edwards out for being too fancy & turning the ball over again.
Agree Port's last goal was thanks to Edwards trying to hatch the footy rather than give it off.
Alas he won't get dropped.
I think it is time for Vickery to either get dropped or give him a chance to rest his body. He is not right.
Griffiths to come in.
Don't think Jako deserves a free ticket back into the side after his third suspension in two years.

gee you're a slapper

Lol
With the new rules u can only carry one ruck.
Gus is a loper. Not a nicnat superfreak

Park him in the goalsquare and have him do the foward line ball ups.
Maric spent most of the day dropping back into defence.
Couldn't be an worse than an out of form Vickery.
:thumbsup

:thumbsup
Out of form Vickery > Butcher
Had to laugh at the commentators calling him the Future
-
Butcher has won two colemans, so you should pipe down
-
Butcher was nowhere today. Terrible game for someone who is supposed to be Ports future lol. Future down at the bottom of the ladder in reality.
-

Ah yes just caught up with Coburg's news. :thumbsup

To be fair to butcher rance/grimes in good nick

Can you win a Coleman Caravan? What comp do I enter to have a chance? ;D

Astbury will be ready for a run before griffs is right, his other competition is derick-xman who is just not capturing hearts or minds...
I might be safe to say before the season started I had high hopes for derickx and Griffs, I now feel deep down both will at the least dissapoint me this year
-
To be fair to butcher rance/grimes in good nick
Cmon Bents even Dea towelled him up and made him look stupid
-
No changes
We won, Coburg lost
Jacko can spend the next week deciding what number to wear in the VFL
Possibly no Goodsey for the Ducks, should miss with a calf
Heard he's faking because Matty Dea was going to play on him
-
Hopefully newman okay. Played a very good game up until injured
-
Vickery came off with a calf problem, they had it strapped after the game, tried to hide it a bit by getting him to pull his sock up to cover it ;D looked like a bit of a "compression type" thing
So if he's out injured then Jack will come in
Apart from that no other changes
Actually think they will bring Jacko straight back in (WRONGLY) so if Vickery is OK then they will probably "rest" Ellis
-
Changes i want:
Out: Vickery, Edwards
In: Mcguane, Elton
Changes we will probably get:
Out: Vickery
In: Jackson
-
Vickery got a corky in the butt, will play this week
-
Vickery got a corky in the butt, will play this week
But he may suffer from a severe case of referred pain and therefore miss with a............. "Leg Injury" ;) :lol
-
Jackson has to be in. And hopefully Edwards isn't sub again. Bit crook that the bloke can't get any Brownlow votes when he's always sub :banghead

I think his referred pain will be ...backside injury after he cops the coaches foot for playing craptacular lately.
-
I think elton is coming along nicely ,however for me anyway a key position player needs to be banging down the door to get in,and at this stage he aint.

RICHMOND
ON THE BLOCK:
It wasnt the prettiest display, but the Tigers got the job done against Port Adelaide. Unfortunately it was a dirty day for Ty Vickery. Two kicks and a red vest could spell trouble after an underwhelming start to the year. Can’t see any other changes at Tigerland ahead of a huge clash against Sydney at the MCG which Richmond will fancy itself in.
ON THE CUSP:
Dan Connors remains stuck in the wilderness but was better for Coburg in its loss on Saturday. Not much else out there screaming for a recall although Angus Graham remains in the mix, particularly of Hardwick’s patience with Vickery runs out. Andrew Browne had a staggering 97 hitouts for the Coburg development squad on Saturday but given he was playing two levels below looks some time away. Not a bad effort, though!
SAM LANDSBERGER’S FORECAST: The Tigers past three weeks have been extremely encouraging. They’ve pushed two top-four candidates and thrashed the Power on the road. Suddenly they will enter this week’s clash with the Swans at the MCG favourites and have a near-full squad to choose from. Roll the Swannies and it’ll be Tiger Time with fans finally starting to believe the club is suddenly not too far away.
SYDNEY
INJURED
Adam Goodes (quad/hip) 6 weeks
Shane Mumford (back) 2 weeks
Gary Rohan (leg) season
IN THE BLOCK:
Adam Goodes will miss at least six weeks with a torn quad sustained late in the Swans’ loss to Adelaide. Big Lewis Roberts-Thompson (nine touches, seven uncontested) was well held in the forward line along with rising star Sam Reid, who coach John Longmire says is being hampered by “niggling” injuries.
ON THE CUSP:
Tiger reject Mitch Morton continues to impress in the sub-standard NEAFL competition with 10 goals in the Swans’ 203-point win over Sydney University. Forward Trent Dennis-Lane, who was named as the first emergency last week, is also in contention.
GILBERT GARDINER’S FORECAST:
Longmire won’t be reaching for his axe just yet. The Swans’ first loss of the season was merely a hiccup after being jumped by the Crows (five goals to one in the first quarter). Even without Goodes, the Swans should be too good for Richmond.

I really can't see anyone I'd drop. Maybe Eddo for Connors???......he did look sharp at Coburg last week (I was there).

RICHMOND - In the Mix
One of the remarkable aspects of Richmond's start to the season has been just how little the team has changed despite winning only one of the opening five games. The inclusion of Jake King and Shane Edwards, both back from injury, for the victory over Port Adelaide on Sunday marked a doubling of the number of changes the Tigers have usually made this season. Tall forward Tyrone Vickery bruised a buttock during Sunday's match but is expected to come up for this Saturday's game against Sydney Swans. Luke McGuane would be under consideration for a call-up after kicking four goals during the Coburg Tigers' thrashing by Werribee and being named among the best players after almost every Coburg game this season. Key defender David Astbury is back from his knee injury but would be expected to make a slow return through the ranks at Coburg.

Now that Vickery won't play, who comes in for him?
-
I'd bring in Elton for Vicks, 7 marks, 2 contested, 2 goals in his last game
but you know it is going to be McGuane
and Jackson
:help
:chuck
-
Out Vickery,
In Jackson
Going to be wet so smaller side the way to go. Love to see Maric come back in for the wet.
