Does anyone know which team started signing footys and giving it to the fans after a win?
I know that it's something Richmond has done for a while now but i'm curious as to which team started it.

Yep, one of the few things Wallace fluked that ended up as a good idea (playing Libba as a tagger being the other)

He also had the "crunch day ball " as well

Did he also start 5 year plans in footy?

nope. that was Barrassi
outside of footy it was Stalin, and his were very successful.
