Good morning tigers. I would like to wish u all the best, and hope u have an enjoyable Sunday. As your day could not possibly get any worse than yesterday. I, a member of our proud club, would like to welcome anybody aboard a campaign to employ Michael Malthouse as the Richmond senior coach. This will involve a campaign on Facebook and Twitter, with details to be posted shortly. It is time that we, the best supporter group in the land, stand up for what we believe, a strong, ruthless footy club who go out there each and every week and play for their life. Enough said. Go tigers. Stay posted.

A serious question .why should he ?
We don't make the finals this year on a soft draw
And we don't make it next 2 years either
Then it's Terry Wallace all over again
You can cut your losses if things ain't working
Intersting that Ratten is contracted for 2013 but he won't be coaching
What's also of interest is Hardwicks inability to control players discipline eg Jackson .White etc
Then the off field issues
-
stop trolling jstar - soft draw my stuffing arse!!
-
gtfo

theres no way they can sack him after they gave him an extension - 2 year payout would be close to a million bucks. no way they can do it financially IMHO.
-
They can ask the supported for more handouts.lol

:lol
-
THE Supporters Rich and Poor gave em $5.5 million bucks and they lose to GCS being 3 goals up with 5 minutes to go. stuffen Idiots. :help

Get rid of DimSim the apologist
He is the most depressing and dishonest coach we've had in the last 30 yrs
We all knew that spud and terry and friends were useless but this guy thinks he can coach and believes in his own dribble
Get rid of the coach FFS and Brendan Fale with his daylight robbery of honest fans with the FTF
-
...
Criticise the Coach if you want but using personal, derogatory terms like "dog" is not on, never.
Edit: removed quote. Well said btw Ruanaidh

If anyone knows anyone that has contact to Mick Malthouse, tell him the Richmond position is available! Somebody should start a fund to pay out our "social worker" ...

Let me be the first to say get stuffed we dont need his type at RFC...have never forgiven him for snubbing the 20 year anniversary of our 1980 flag. He cares less about the rfc than i do for the rubbish you just posted :o

If it is to be anyone, and I doubt they will not see Dimma's contract out, it should be Roos. He knows how to get men to play for him.
-
It was evident yesterday that guy was supported by the wily old coyote Malcolm blight who was chuckling even when they were 10 points down
He kept his cool and football wits
Yet dimmer was running around on the boundary line looking like a boy who didn't know how to tell his mum that he had wet his pants but in the same breath was ready to claim glory
All we needed was an experienced mentor in all of our losses
We should be at least 10-5 but a social worker for a coach doesn't cut it in a panic situation
-
If you think the club is stuffed now wait until Mick "Hitler" Malthouse takes over, we would be doomed to another 30 years of missery......Fact
-
He's got. Ore runs on the board than bradman :shh

I agree he's an excellent coach but Im more concerned by our lack of depth than the coach right at the minute :shh

fair dinkum ad nauseum everytime things go AWOL.
you need some ticker pills.
-
The draw for the past month besides Adelaide is soft
And we only play 1 top 8 team for the remainder of the year
So it's a soft draw for the remainder of year

Geez,You came up with that conclusion from laying down on the couch and watching on TV.You are amazing. :whistle :whistle
-
I'm still not getting on the band wagon to replace Dimma. Not even sure Malthouse could improve some of the retards we have playing with us . Happy to wait till the end of 2013 to decide on the coaches fate.

Alistair Clarkson went through the same sort of inconsistent performances with Hawthorn before they came good and won a flag. I think the Tigers with the right players on the park can match it with any team - at the present we are still developing the depth. I would like to think that Hardwick has done enough and the team has improved enough to warrant further support - despite the inconsistancy at the present.
I think it smacks of Essendon sort of crap to back door a coach. Forget about Mick as good as he was - it still took him 10 years at Collingwood to won one flag.
If you want to contribute to the club - then get yourself on the board rather that trying a de-stabilising change the coach campaign.

Spot on Bents
I would seriously open the cheque book to Mick and get him into that role
4th year next year and he will soon find out how hard his job is if we don't try something else
-
Wallace was more honest bc you could see and we all knew he was a mrs money bag and a conman Well done rfc again for being so gullible and giving the girl five yrs
Hardwit pretends to be a coach with a professional edge but he's an incompetent dog with his tongue hanging out hoping people will feel sorry for him
His spills are all one dimnensional based on social work and counselling skils designed to cater for the the media so they Can feed his saga to 70 percent of the rabble and Benny puts on his suit pretending to look professional applauding and promoting the vomit.
Funding Thieving Frauds
FTF
We will continue to eat Tiger pooh while these swindlers are running the club with CamShaft

I wouldnt be surprised if you were the first person the club and its representatives ever sued for slander and defamation on a fans forum. Your work in here is a disgrace.

but the point that seems to lost on you and Bents daniel is that Mick doesn't want a "director of coaching" role. That was supposed to be his job at the pies this year but he walked away from it
He wants to be a coach, the main one, head coach etc not a Director of Coaching
And I reckon he will get his wish in 2013 at Carlton :rollin

Sometimes I'm embarrassed to be a Tigers Supporter :shh :help
Dimma is the reason we had a chance to play finals this year. He was not the reason we sold our soul to play in Cairns for 3 years or the fact that our previous recruiters/coaches have left him with nothing to call player depth. He was not the reason we had multiple injuries to key defenders/leaders during the game or the ridiculous amount of injuries that hit us like a meteor over the last two weeks. Malthouse would have done nothing different.
I was gutted after the loss to the Suns but the coach has little to do with it. He should have directed the runners to tell the players to flood the backline but we got into that position because we still do not have the depth to cover the players that are missing from our first 22. MIA from the game who would normally be selected were - I.Maric, Martin, Jackson, Griffiths, Foley, Grimes, Vickery, King, White and even Connors. Take that amount of first liners out of any side and they would struggle. With the state of our list we particularly struggle.
Just as an aside - If anyone on this forum ever states that Gus is worth a game again I'll :chuck He is one of the biggest reason our midfield looked average in the past. He is embarrassing to say the least. :banghead
-
We should try and get Neil balme at the club. Has the mojo in the role that sparks success.
And he's a vault, gives the media nothing.

And he is contracted until the end of 2012 IIRC and Neil Balme wont break a contract so cross him off your list too

^ amen to all the above...
a wise man once said "you can only wee with the penis you've got...we'd all like a bigger one - just gotta make do with what you have"....
we're still basically 2/3's of the way through a list rebuild and have some deadwood still to be left behind - unfortunately for whoever was/is coach - you can't delist 30 blokes in one hit....
and yes, Gus is a squib

Really didn't get a chance to take her over the school holidays.
Was the great man there also lol. Or hers cuz Diego lol.
My daughter would've gone beserk there.
On weekends I've got a stash of her favourites on IQ Dora, Bubble Guppies, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse just so I can have a coffee and get on the laptop just like you Dan.
Wouldn't change a thing though. The smile on her face is priceless. :thumbsup

I don't reckon Malthouse would have wandered into a press conference after that game and said it felt like god was against us and then trailed off looking bewildered and sad.
That was pathetic leadership.

No your right TBR, mick malthouse would of made a reference to an obscure novel or tell us the ox is slow but the earth is patient and or go off on a tangent in some type of gypsy giberish. Ffs eff malthouse and get over him not coming here.
We have a coach and those that want malthouse can go follow him at carltank next year.

i dont care what malthouse wouldve done or said, his not our coach. Facts are that was a poor effort and excuse by Dimma
IMO it just screamed a bloke who didnt have an answer. He needs a mentor in the box with him.
The RFC is a very hard beast, arguably the hardest job in the AFL and what harm would it do to bring in a Balme/Malthouse as a footy director to give him some direction. The mistakes that were made from the box in the last 5 minutes were amateurish
-
Balm yes, Malthouse no. I just can't stand the arrogant prick!

Balme is my preference but you cant help but think if Dimma had either with him that result and maybe 2 more this year wouldve been avoided.
That was a rookie mistake what happened there Saturday, a mistake that should never have happened

A rookie mistake yes but not from the coaching staff! the more you watch that last 30 secs of the game the more you realize it was half a dozen players that had absolutely no idea. On the couch did a great analysis of it tonight, showed as the ball was centered toward Hunt the we're 4 players standing together right on the boundary from where the ball was kicked from! Basically 2 of those 4 left there man to half hartedly chase the ball but failed to to do SFA. The set up at the final bounce was also up he poo but but as Paul Roos said, the players would have simulated the exact scenario at training 1000 times, it should have been ingrained that in that situation you go man on man and push extra players behind the ball. The players should have had enough nous to have executed these moves themselves rather than having to be told. It wasn't Hardwicks fault that Tuch tried to chip short instead of going long to the boundary. It wasn't Hardwicks fault the Dopey Derickx dropped an easy chest mark. It wasn't Hardwicks fault that Rance failed to shut down Harbrows left side instead choosing to miss tackle him from the right side. It wasn't Hardwicks fault that we had 3 fumbles at the center bounce before lids fell over and coughed the ball up to Mckenzie. It wasnt Hardwicks fault that Racne went to ground and failed to get get enough of a fist on the ball to get it over the boundary line. It wasn't Hardwicks fault the 4 players failed to chase 2 men anywhere near hard enough to put enough pressure on them to cough the ball back up. Once Matera got out the back all 4 players basically stopped! This included Morris who if anyone I would have thought would have busted his gut to try and lay the smother!! And it certainly wasn't Hardwicks fault the Houli was caught ball watching while Hunt slipped 10 meters clear into the hole to take the mark the Derrickx Couldn't 30 second earlyer.
To blame Hardwick is drawing a long bow, to say Mick would have prevented all of the above is drawing a longer one ;)

To stick of the god theme.
There is more chance of a snowy day in hell. Than the swans under roos losing with 20s. To go.
First and formost the defend with tooth and nail.
