RICHMOND
Free agents: Nathan Foley, Luke McGuane (restricted), Kelvin Moore, Shane Tuck (unrestricted).
Update: There's been no reported interest in this four from other clubs. Foley would have his admirers but his history of Achilles injuries might ward off suitors. McGuane is only 25 but his currency is low, while Moore and Tuck are too near the end of their careers to attract interest. It would surprise if any of this quartet were to leave the club for another through the free-agency system.
Potential targets: Richmond’s priority is to develop young talent, so it's unlikely to make a huge play for anyone towards the end of his career. Apart from the obvious target of Brendon Goddard, the player who just might attract the Tigers' interest is Brisbane Lions defender and midfielder Jed Adcock, who would add flint to a team that's still a bit flakey.
From the club: "Like every other club, we'll certainly look at the players available, but that's something we'll keep indoors." - Tigers coach Damien Hardwick
We're also mentioned under the Suns, Port and Saints segments ...
GOLD COAST
Potential targets: Queenslander Luke McGuane (Richmond) would complement its list.
PORT ADELAIDE
Update: Richmond has been linked to Chaplin in recent times, although the Power maintain they're in negotiations to re-sign him.
ST KILDA
Potential targets: The Saints will have their work cut out keeping their own out-of-contract players but they'd be mad not to actively seek a key defender. Richmond pair Luke McGuane and Kelvin Moore haven't had much of a look in at Tigerland and could be cheap acquisitions.

Do they know why Kel Moore hasn't had much of a look in over the past 2 years?? :huh

No excuses for Moorey. He's been fit and firing for a long time...

Whoa get to work hartley , this kid would be a decent boost :shh

Obviously we'd want to go for someone who is still hungry to chase a flag, body still okay (not starting to suffer soft tissue injuries) and not just after a retirement fund. Even Adcock and Chaplin will be 27 next season so they'll only be playing for 3-4 more years. If they will still be near their peak output and playing most weeks in 2014-5 then you'd go for it as we should be a finals side and challenging by then if we've done things right as a club.

Let's take both plus do a deal with gold coast for caddy, maybe mcguane and a decent pick?
-
We're in the box seat for Caddy if he wants to come back. He would cost a first round pick minimum and it looks as though the bummers will loose there's on Danaher. If we have anything from pick 10 up we should use it. He would be worth every bit of it!
-
Let's hope so - kid (caddy) has some good numbers and lot of talent

Adcock says he isn't leaving Brisbane ...

If we go down this week finish as low as possible throw 400k p/y at Caddy with a top 10 pick and we are on our way.
His got to be our man.

Yeah Daniel he was my choice in his draft at our pick but oh well Conca will be good for us. He would be another top midfielder/forward rotation for us :thumbsup

If we were targeting anyone from the Saints - I reckon Sean Dempster would be ideal. Plays tall for a defender and is mobile. Also has Sydney culture and playing experience which is favorable. Only negative would be his age (28) but that is not too bad??
