He can not coach ...
Game plan does not suit us!
He is a social worker!
Sack him!
-
Here it all comes..
-
Nothing wrong with Hardwicks performance tonight. The players are 100% at fault.
-
Kelvin Moore is a good forward and has proven that in his 10 years at AFL level.
-
Again another team selection flop.
Not sure why we went with 3 tall backman when Carlton don't have 1 single KP forward..
-
Groundhog day. Newman injured, desperation to get cotch on causes 2 players to run from a ball-up on the wing to the interchange whereby Carlton clear and goal.

Sick of this social worker poo you self serving posters seem to want to put it into your cathartic posts. Social workers work with the most vulnernable people in society, looking to achieve social justice. Social workers wish to achieve equity and equality within society. Sounds like RFC to to me, and has been for 32 years! Hardwick is the perfect fit.

I could list 50 mistakes the players made over the last 30 or 40 minutes. Hardwick cant do miracles. For example what do you think Hardwick could do when Ellis kicks the footy directly to a Carlton player 20 metres from goal?

I am a Hardwick fan but you would he would be an expert at closing down close games by now. Flood!

Everybody now:-
Gonna find my baby, gonna hold her tight
Gonna grab some afternoon DEAelight.
My motto's always been; when it's right, it's right.
Why wait until the middle of a cold dark night.
When everything's a little clearer in the light of DEA.
And you know the night is always gonna be there any way.
Sky rockets in flight. BOOOOOOM! Afternoon DEAlight. WOOOOOOOP!
A-A-Afternoon DEAlight. :clapping

The number of times we were in a good field position and went completely sideways/backwards with a kick inviting Carlton to run forward and pressure us was mind-boggling to say the least. A throwback to the darkest of the Wallace/Frawley days. We must have gifted them 4-5 goals from utter stupidity on behalf of the kicker. You don't have to be a Rhodes Scholar or even an elite level AFL footballer to know that when you have the ball in the centre of the ground in a tight game then the best possible place to deliver the ball is deep into your forward line, not the f@#$ing back stuff or wing.
-
Sack him I agree. Amatuer football club is Richmond!
-
The players need to stand up and be counted
-
Yep smokey it's dumb, dumb, dumb especially when they then fail to hit the target as well.

Exactly.
Add Rance's kick-in misses target; Morris' out of on the full. Post kicking across the ground misses Ellis and puts him under pressure. That's 4 goals to Carlton right there that isn't the coaches fault.

I will tell you all something
Hardwick has to go.
make no bones about it
Why would Cotchin come off after kicking a goal with 90 secs to go.
Send him back on you goose
You will never win a game with Moore and Mcgaune playing inside F50
Dont get me started on Riewoldt either.
-
Not sure he has to go, but one thing is for sure it was a terrible decision to extend his contract so early in the year. The decision should have been made at the end of the year.

agree 100% with this
keeps everyone on their toes now his probably thinking theres always next year.
If he cant turn the cancer around at this club then he will be gone in 12 months
This club is not like any other club we need a ruthless leader like a Clarkson or Malthouse not this pussy who players bring dinner to on Tuesday night

Good call mate i agree thats the cost of short term pain his kick out of defense have been good but woeful at critical times when it is required most the composure and experience will make a huge difference next year when he is chasing the pill and not in the backline :(

it was the same time when Newman was a gun and Jacko was one of the best players in the comp. Ask Dimma, he obviously remembers
-
When dimma was still playing too

one could understand the sack the coach bleating if we had the cattle.
the simple thing people just dont want to admit is we dont have the cattle.
nahas, moore, mcguane, jackson, houli edwards, king a maric, rance post and newman. are either not up to standard only sometimes meet the standard or are barely up to standard. atm the replacements we have at coburg are in the same boat or worse.
what an error riddled second class game of footyand it had nothing to do with the coaches but the many ordinary players on the park.as per usual too much was left to too few and this time around they couldnt carry the burden.
