"He is the sort of bloke that could bring discipline, a bit of flair where needed. He is a person players like. By and large you hear a lot of good stuff about Terry Wallace". Malthouse has backed him in.

Let's do it Terry.  :clapping

At least it would get him off SEN

No way the AFL would even contemplate this move - Danny Frawley might as well put his hand up

The former Western Bulldogs and Richmond coach will only come to Alberton if he is setting up the job for a novice to succeed him.

This sets up the prospect of a coaching partnership between Wallace and a coach-in-the-making such as current AFL assistants, Scott Burns and Simon Goodwin.

"Port Adelaide's next coach will not be its next premiership coach," said Wallace yesterday in assessing the major challenge of rebuilding. "But I would want to help as the mentor to Port's next long-term coach. I've always believed in leaving a legacy to who comes after."

once again looking after his own interests our Terry.

Trying to seduce Port into signing him up by suggesting he is only warming the seat for someone to take over. Heard it all now

No chance he will coach them. Port are not that dumb are they
