Richmond is set to embark on beefing up its development program and will enter a stand-alone reserves side in the VFL from 2014.
The Tigers will also employ affiliate Coburg’s coach next year, with former captain Wayne Campbell a frontrunner to land that post.

Not sure about this bloke as yet? What are the arguments? He's survived the Wallet era but save for 4 players, our midfield depth is not good?

Campbell did not apply for any other Senior Coaching roles at other clubs. Did not get the Tiger role and has only been at the Bulldogs for other club experience - is he good enough??? Get Hinkley or Brett Kirk (apparently going to the Dockers)
