All this talk about who is good and who is poo is driving me bananas.
I am guilty for posting stuff about our players which is not positive.
NO MORE.
The facts are
1. Our selectors select who they think should be playing
2. The reasons are to get the best team on the ground OR to get games into a player OR due to injury of other players we need to field a side
3. The players are selected and they do the best they can with their ability and attitude and experience.
4. Our selectors/coaches then mentor the players based on their performance and their next performance is then theoretically modified.
5. Then, theoretically, players improve > we win more games > we get to the 8 > we get to the 4 > we win a flag.
6. Our club recruits new players who will complement our current team and around we go again (see point 1.)
We are on the improve, our playing list is getting stronger and like it or not we have RFC in our blood, so for all you player knocker out there, feel the love!!!
