Next up is Griggy.
Shaun, in his sixth year of AFL and second at Richmond, played in all 22 games this season which was a first for him. In total so far he has played 86 career games. He collected 20 or more disposals in every match of 2012 and on four occasions had 30 or more with his highest of 37 possessions coming against Melbourne in round 4. Not known as a good disposer of the footy, he hit the target with at least 70 percent of disposals in all but four of his games this year.

How did we all rate Grigg's year?
-
8. Improved his work rate and had some massive numbers. Opposition paid him no respect in a lot of games.

Don't agree with the 8
But agree opponents need to show him more respect.
Interestingly when he got "tagged" he struggled
Understand he is an outside mid but sometimes he really does need to go in an attack contest, make a contest. There were times this year when he had to make a tackle, go in for the hardball and he stood back and didn't..
That for mine is the part of his game he needs to improve on

Yeah, there's no doubt the bloke is a bit soft. At 24/25 it is pretty hard to improve on that, just ask Tabouli ;D Was very good apart from that though. I reckon teams often leave him alone because they thought he'd turn the footy over but his kicking was a lot better this year. Definitely struggles with a tag.

Did fairly well compared to his football ability.
Benefited off the work of our top mids.
-
Has been a good pickup. I rate him a better White and I'm impressed his disposal efficiency mproved so much. Usually that sort of thing doesnt
-
Underrated.
8 from me.
Thanks Blues.

Share the same sentiments as everyone else... Thx to those Chloro Fluoro Carbons

PLays his role for the team well - knows his limitations and not all players can do everything - though we want them to be able

If he improved defensively he'd get a 10 from me
