Title: I think we're back

Sorry about the downtime guys and gals. Appears the forum's source files were corrupted. We don't know if it was caused by the host server or whether we copped a virus or were hacked  ???. It stopped anyone from logging in or accessing the forum once logged in yet guests could view the forum  ???.

We'll upload the head logo etc later on.

Wouldn't be surprised on the hacking, MT.

Find it funny that guests could view but members couldn't - how come, MT?
Like i could see the board on the day it went down, logged on and then i got error message.
But i am generally logged out at work because other ppl use my puter - but as a guest i couldn't see it at all - still got the error messages.

Not sure how it exactly happened nor why the strange behaviour Moi except to say there were obviously corrupted files as when I uploaded the back-up files from my home computer up onto the server the forum worked fine again.

I arrived home very happy from last weeks trip down to Melbourne to watch the tigers at punt Road and then the 'G' only to have my bubble burst when I could not access the forum. I was blaming my server as I could access it on my neighbour's computer as a guest. I was happy to get back on this morning and now I can forget all those ideas of a new server!!

I went down on Monday with a nasty trojan and just got back yesterday.

My girlfriend was wrapped the website was down.  No more Tiger talk.

She had copped 4 years of Carlton revenge all week.

Now she is cooking breakfast for me.. ;D
