With 29 goals from 20 games, and an eighth placing in the Jack Dyer Medal, Shane Edwards was a more than handy performer for Richmond in season 2012.
The Tigers, however, feel Edwards is capable of taking his game to an even higher level this season.
“He’s had his knockers in the past, but we’ve always had a strong belief in ‘Sheds since he’s been at the Club,” Richmond’s star midfielder and vice-captain, Brett Deledio, said on SEN.

Has all the tricks needed to make him lethal with the ball,however when he launches one of his infamous grubbers ,you can hear the collective moan from the surrounding richmond supporters ,followed by the usual tirade of abuse.This is the one aspect of his game he needs to eradicate completely

As Lids says Shane has always been rated highly internally.
Fortunately the club was more patient with his development than a lot here were otherwise he'd be coming into his own at another club..

For mine last year showed if Titch is to be in the side and play his best footy he has to play closer to goal as he can kick goals as well as run and push upfield.
