Take a good look at Melbourne
Schwab - crap at Tigers, nearly killed Freo, killed Melbourne
Brian Royal - Every club he's been at has been ordinary
Jade Rawlings - No good at Tigers, Brisbane didnt want him
Neil Craig - fair enough we wanted him but players at Crows not fans.

The top 3 are cancers for a footy club.

Watts is another Tambling. This is not a case of poor development. Watts has no intensity and doesn't seem to care if the team wins or loses.

Cleve Hughes had no intensity, Jayden Post had no intensity. This is one thing that just cannot be coached into people. You either have it or you don't.
