Cool. Markov.

Well I wouldn't describe him as 'great' up forward but he certainly gives us more there than down back.

lousy defender and in 2013 a servicable forward. so far this yr deserves his spot.time will tell if he continues to deserve his spot.

Please,
The one that was ridiculed for this was Jackstar.
I'll let him do the finding and bumping.
He was ultra pro McGuane up forward

Thanks Damo.
Let one of the nuffers who at the time threatened me find the post. ::)
Luke played senior footy at Broadbeach as a forward, but somehow some genius at Punt Rd played him down back for the past 8 year, ::)
Seen him kick 5 aganist Southport before we drafted him
As we have seen for the past 3 weeks, can play

Trade Riewoldt out ?

Luke has great hands and a nice kick for goal. I'm just worried if he is running into an open goal lol

Aren't we all

The McGuane move looks inspired. He looked competitive last year when promoted, and definately an upgrade on Miller.
To be fair to the richmond brains trust - when he was drafted we had Richo and Sarge with Stafford and Simmonds going up forward too. At the end of the 2005 season in the National draft we recruited Cleve Hughes - so a spot on the fwd line was looking pretty rare.

See how he goes for the next 3 weeks before we build Luke a shrine.
-
I said for years he had Carey like traits when at CHF for Broadbeach.
Welcome aboard.
-
Tattslotto numbers please :pray........
-
Mary Poppins would have contributed more than Miller.
-
King Carey pfft King McGuane :shh

Lukey is exceptional below his knees.
Exceptional at fumbling? Or has the champ eradicated that from his game in 3 weeks?

His ability to collect the bouncing ball at full pace is exceptional (IMO) for a man of his size. His kicking and perhaps decision making have always been the flaws in his game, and these are not as exposed in the forward line. Does everything else well, i reckon.

The test for Mcguane will be how he performs against top teams.
Really hope he contributes this week

The test for all our players is how they perform against the top teams.

Our top players are proven against good teams. Jack. Cot chin. Martin de ledio.
Its is the bottom six that drop off traditionally. The like of mcgaunr. Grigg. Houli. King. Etc. Will be key this season in big games.

Good to see we still celebrate poo players. How many goals has McGuane kicked against top 8 clubs? 0

Credit it to him, he has been handy this year and also in some games last year. Personally I'm not a fan of labeling someone a star in round 4. You need to prove yourself over seasons, not a small run of games.

Once again king, McGaune hardly touched the ball.
I would like to see the third quarter stats. The like of Pettard, Newman, Jackson, Grigg not sited when the going got tough.
-
I like the way you single out your whipping boys. They had a few mates.
How about naming those that were sighted when the going got tough.
There was......um....what about.....ummm....derrrrr.....

Didn't mind his game considering the delivery :help
