That's right. 13-7 with a healthy % and above a team of cheats. As WP would say we have reached the magic number and therefore deserve it. :clapping

yeah, but we are not a better team than Carlton, and they are unlikely to be playing, so how do we deserve it?

True. Colonwoood dont deserve , because hawthorn are a better team than them, yet Sydney dont deserve it because colonwoood are a better team than them.
Actually, if you think long enough about it, no one deserves it so lets just scrap the finals altogether?

Most Richmond fans ( including myself) thought we would be in a real dog fight just to make the 8 this year.
To secure a finals spot with around a month remaining in the regular season means the team has performed well above expectations .
Richmond has improved every year under Hardwick , started with 6 wins in 2010....don't think 16 wins this year ( including finals) is out of the question.
He has had to do this in an era of compromised drafts.
Enjoy the roller coaster .

But we were heroic in going down to a team that had Bootsma, Graham, Bell,Menzel in it.
In past seasons we would have lost that game by 30+.
On that evidence we deserve it. ;D

I think Choco has made the difference between last year and this year personally. Hope to god he doesn't go but he almost certainly will.

No excuses losing to them but please let not include any of judd, Kruzer or gartlett as being a grade players that were missing.

Think Judd still deserves it, for now. His for has been going down but I reckon he'd still have the ability to turn a game and let's face it he would've had a better impact than Nick Graham :lol
