Love the way this kid plays and moves.  Has a defensive mindset and sets up play as well as kicks goals.  A great choice as a small forward.  Still light but who cares if you can move like that. Hopefully there at 50.

Thoughts?

Well McBean was 84kg for a 202cm player. Yeah should sack him now!  You can either play or you can't.
It is stupid to rule some one out on weight alone.

Y&B, the odds of them making the cut at that size are remote at best, I accept he can play at juniors, at that size , senior footy would be a massive step

I really like this kid but he has zero defensive mindset. His offensive game is elite though. Built like a 3yo girl, he'll be a rookie at best.

He goes alright, can always put weight on at his age.  How tall is he?

Stands 178cm but obviously needs a few years to put on some size. Could be a rookie chance as he moves extremely well and has great pace. Watching the highlight package, he looks to be the forward player we need. Could he put on enough weight over time? Interesting prospect.

Looks like a really good kid. And a lot of his possessions seem to be from playing in the midfield and not just that small forward roll, which tells me his work rate and defensive pressure is pretty good for his coaches to have the confidence to play him there.
In term of weight, yes he is very light but I'm sure like Jeff Gartlett from Carlton and jake Neade from Port Adeliade were similar weights before being drafted.
Definitely worth a consideration for that small forward roll we desperately need and hopefully in time a roll in the midfield.

When most players chase by jogging behind their opponents this guy chased down the vic metro player.  That is not what I call zero defensive mindset.

Thats one tackle though. He's very outside and avoids contact. I think you can teach defensive intent though in a small where as you can't teach the tricks he has.
