Title: TV shows
Post by: mightytiges on February 10, 2014, 04:40:38 AM: The soundtrack to the INXS tele-movie last night reminded me why as a kid I was once a fan of their music before KICK. Preferred their older Aussie pub band sound to the late 80s songs that made them a global success.

Sad when the 30km cross country skiing has more appeal ;D

First series was excellent, will admit it took me a while to "get it" but once I did was hooked.

Enjoyed the 2nd series Asylum. Some brilliant perforamces in that one especially by Jessica Lange & Lizzie Brochere

Started watching the 3rd (Coven) on Ch Eleven and will admit I was disappointed, only watched the first 4 episodes and gave up. If it shows up again on Foxtel I might try again ;D

Believe they are going to be making a 4th series later this year and it maybe the last because Jessica Lange (who's the main star) has said series 4 will be her last

coven was a bit...dunno too modern? did miss the mark but had its moments though. Seemed to be aimed at gen y with a cross between sabrina the teenage witch and the latest fad of zombies and undead.

speaking of which, anyone watching Death Valley?
