Kingy has been fined $900 by the MRP for unnecessary contact on Waite and Waite has been reprimanded for staging.

The official MRP report:

Jake King, Richmond, has been charged with a First Offence for Misconduct ($1200 sanction) for misconduct in that he made unnecessary contact with Jarrad Waite, Carlton, during the third quarter of the Round Two match between Richmond and Carlton, at the MCG on Thursday March 27, 2014.
 
In summary, he can accept a $900 sanction with an early plea.
 
A first offence for misconduct is a $1200 sanction. An early plea reduces the penalty by 25 per cent to a $900 sanction.

Jarrad Waite, Carlton, has been charged with a First Offence for Misconduct Staging (reprimand) during the third quarter of the Round Two match between Carlton and Richmond, at the MCG on Thursday March 27, 2014.
 
In summary, he can accept a reprimand.
 
A first offence for making Misconduct (Staging) is a reprimand.

"Unnecessary contact with Jarrad Waite". Best oxymoron I've seen for a while. Any contact with Waite is necessary.

Honestly King is very unlucky for that. Should have been chucked out.
Barely anything in it compared to all the jumper punches etc. you see every week.
Wouldn't even have been an issue if Waite hadn't pretended.
