Better team this week.
-
lol Hardwick did name Jack at FF.
King out was a must. A real shame we have so few quality outside runners to choose from in the reserves has seen a couple of others remain. :-\
-
It is what it is
King out no surprise, Big O was always going to be flicked if Hampson was declared fit. Noticed Petterd limping at times and not being able to run at ful pace as the game went on last week. But as always our injury list wouldn't tell us
Good to see Lloyd getting a go, ditto Matty Arnott
-

I cant see how you can fit Jackson,Thomas, and Arnot in the same team none of them have leg speed and there kicking not the best.
-
We are slow as treakle. Hardwick still not making the big calls. Its a bit disappointing. Miles and Banfield should to be put on the senior list for a start and a couple of blokes like King and Newman should retire.

Disagree, Jacko is pretty quick, Arnott has a good burst off he mark
But yep, Thomas isn't fast
-
Thomas would be better than Billy Slater if he was a rugby player
-
Reckon Dimma could take a lesson from Mick Malthouse about making tough calls. Mickey's axed Waite & Garlett this week
Whackety, whack, whack
That's how you do it
;D

The point I make is that both Thomas and Jackson are taggers and limited while Arnot can play his own game atleast.

Ge whizz guys like
Grigg Vickery and Newman very very very lucky.
-
THE BISCUIT IS BACK!!!!! I'm actually really excited to see how Lloyd will perform. Hope he brings his deni form with him :D

Blues season is over.
We lose his week and ours is just about too.
Then the big stick comes out.
Stalwarts King and Foley already have been sent packing. Others will follow..
-
Footy peaked in 2010.
You're now all a part of the decline of the games relevance.
The "use your illusion" years, if you will.
-
I hope we don't play Cloke and Swann into form always happens players out of form have a field day.
-
How on earth does Shane Edwards get a game again is beyond belief

Most likely there aren't too many others in the twos who could replace him, Jack. 100 point loss last week for the development squad.

very lucky but it's an unfortunate thing that he is our x-factor player. Pretty sad state of affairs but he is when on song one of the few who can make something out of nothing, might only happen once a season but that gets him a game. Truly shows our lack of a quick silky forward who does something magical each game but it seems our recruiters don't see this as a target area for us.
-
lol Hardwick did name Jack at FF.
Yeah, but he did say on the news tonight that he penciled him in at FF in the newspapers just to shut people up.
He also said that, in this days and age there are six forwards.

Chris "Farnham" Newman's endless farewell tour continues.
Sentimental send-offs > Premiership points.

Like :lol

Its a start, couple of players still very very lucky to survive.
Good to see Lloyd and Arnott in along with Gordon. Add Lennon over the next few weeks and our side starts to look fresher
-
Agree TM, 3 good ins. 3 necessary outs.
While I agree that Newman, Edwards and maybe Grigg are lucky, they would now be aware they are walking the plank.
Again, when the 2's lose by over 100 points and the seniors are a win away from being back on track it's hard to justify more than 3 changes in one week.
After all, we need to be logical.

Tony gets it :thumbsup

Newman sub? Struggling to go the whole game at the moment and could play the cool head in the crisis role like Gia.
-
But Gia was a good player.

Newie isn't as good as Gia. Certainly not as capable as regularly hitting the scoreboard.

Most feeble player on the list.
Grigg a close second.
Hope a match defining moment doesn't fall to Titch. :help
-
Hopefully the rain continues. Will keep the game close. Our best hope.
Love the fact the biscuit is back and good luck Lloydo. :thumbsup

Going to be wet, arnot should thrive in these conditions,

geez harsh on thomas. he may be slow but hes hardly been limited. hes not only knocking up getting the ball second for disposals behind only cotchin at close to 24 a game. he leads the tackle count with just under 8 a game, econd in clearances with 6 a game, and second in c/p with just under 12 a game.on top of all this hes had jobs on opposition players at times.
id say hes performing nicely as an inside mid wouldnt you.
-
How the stuff does Newman get a game? Would rather have kept King for a week.
-
Some players eg Grigg very lucky to survive

Sorry what are you on about?
I was only talking about his leg speed, nothing more nothing less
Not bagging the way his being playing (though his disposable at times is ordinary) been doing a good job as a inside mid but that wasn't part of the discussion
When it comes to leg speed and that's all I am talking about here it's reasonable to say he isn't quick and doesn't have great leg speed
-
Big O, still can't believe he was elevated, elevated for on game to be dropped. :huh
-
But Gia was a good player.
Giansiracusa is a soft girl and always has been. Newman has been twice the player he ever was.
Have you changed teams again ? Carlton , Collingwood and now The Western Bulldogs ? You are the most pitiful , pathetic ' supporter' of all time. :wallywink
-

There's still time for Hammer to get injured again.
-
I have a good feeling about this game. I reckon we might finally kick into gear. On the other hand though it could go horribly wrong :rollin

Stop. Hammer time

That's a big call, I could put some other names up

We need a sitting on the fence emoticon ;D
-
I'd have Newman ahead of Gia.
However.
Both aren't that good anymore so WGAF?
-
I reckon we will win and hit some form, but as I am sure you all know you can never really know with the tiges. That's all im sayin.
-
wow i feel sorry for Lloydy....Hardwick's advice" talk to Kingy and Sheds about how to play the position" :huh

sorry wp but your post never came into it. i was commenting on what georgiades said.
i agree thomas is slow and his kicking leaves a lot to be desired. can live with both atm as long as hes getting heaps of contested ball and not making error after error. hes a lot like tuck was.atm he brings something good to the table to more than off set the weaknesses.
-
thomas is an asset and the least of our problems....
-
If his form continue...p
If Thomas drops off he will be like Jackson three odd years ago
-
grigg vs sidebottom - the pies will be licking their beaks about that one.

Grigg vs Asian was an unfair match up
Grigg vs side bottom is gunna get ugly
