Tim Clarke wants us to force 10 centre-half-forward turnovers a quarter. He wasn't happy with that last 5-10 mins of the 3rd qtr as we were beaten by Bendigo out of the midfield.
Banfield sprints and bounces through the guts, kicks it laces out to A.Edwards who gathers and hands off to McDonough for the first goal of the last :gotigers.

Azza Edwards clears it out of a forward stoppage to Banfield who also misses.
Getting a bit heated now despite the score line. Some skinny Bendigo player taking on Darrou and coming off second best lol.

VFL Tigers win big in Bendigo
John Lindon
August 10, 2014
A terrific team performance by the VFL Tigers saw them kick 23 goals in a 98-point demolition of Bendigo at Queen Elizabeth Oval on Saturday evening.
The Tigers dominated the midfield, had an even spread of goalkickers and were resolute in defence.
Liam McBean jumped to the top of the VFL goalkicking leaderboard with another bag of five. The tall forward made the most of his opportunities and came alive in the third term, slotting two set shots from tight on the boundary.
“We’ve stressed the point that if we can get it in there, we’re always going to score or keep it in there,” McBean said post-game, “so we were lucky enough to get a lot of inside 50s tonight and it showed.”
Sam Lloyd also impressed with four goals and was rarely beaten in one-on-one contests inside 50. He regularly out-bodied his opponent to score or set up teammates and had 23 disposals.
Chris Knights and Ben Lennon starred in the Richmond midfield and both set a high standard with their disposal. Knights collected a team-high 29 possessions, had 6 clearances, worked hard to get forward and booted two goals. Lennon also hit the scoreboard in his 25-disposal game and chased hard for six tackles.
Skipper Ross Young (29 disposals) had a strong first half and Brad Helbig (24) again led with his physicality in one of his best games of the season.
Todd Banfield lifted and finished with 20 possessions while Matt Arnot, Aaron Edwards and Shaun Hampson booted two goals each.
Defenders Ben Darrou, Matt Dea and Todd Elton shut down their respective opponents, provided drive from the back half and were instrumental in keeping Bendigo to a low score.
After being ruled out of finals contention last weekend, coach Tim Clarke was pleased with his side’s big win.
“We did have 17 AFL players, so you do expect to get a result like this against an undermanned Bendigo side,” he said.
“Credit to our guys for going out there and executing the type of footy that we wanted them to.”
After conceding the opening goal, the Tigers ran riot and piled on the next 10 majors to build a match-winning lead that was never threatened.

Richmond VFL coach Tim Clarke's summary of how the AFL-listed players performed at VFL level in Saturday’s win over Bendigo:
Chris Knights
2 goals, 28 disposals, 6 clearances
Played another solid game through the midfield and high forward. Was fantastic with his drive from stoppages, which is something we’ve been working on. He was very explosive on the night and it’s good to see him getting some of his run back.
Ben Lennon
1 goal, 25 disposals, 6 tackles
Ben was very strong on the wing. Best part of his game was his contested work, he ended up taking two really strong contested marks and winning the ball inside, which is something that’s been a real focus of his over the last four or five weeks.
Brad Helbig
1 goal, 24 disposals, 3 clearances
Played another solid game through the midfield and half back. He keeps improving with his ability to get through, he’s always struggled with his body and continuity. He’s been able to string a lot of games together now.
Sam Lloyd
4 goals, 23 disposals (15 contested)
Probably the most dominant player on the ground. He could have had seven or eight goals for the game but his effort and ability to win one-on-one contests was definitely a highlight.
Todd Banfield
20 disposals, 9 tackles, 8 inside 50s
Played his best game of the year, which was great to see. Although he didn’t hit the scoreboard himself, his goal assists were terrific on the day. That’s the standard we want him to play at every single week.
Brett O’Hanlon
20 disposals, 3 inside 50s
Played across half back for the first time this year. He was very solid with his run and carry. He played his role for the night and contributed to the team offensively.
Matt McDonough
1 goal, 20 disposals
Started the game really well and then hurt his ankle before half time so had to play deep forward in the second half. He had a solid contribution. We expect him to finish better in front of goal than he did on the night, he could have ended up with three or four.
Matt Arnot
2 goals, 19 disposals, 6 clearances
Another player who played his best game of the season. Didn’t have a heap of touches but he had a really strong contested game inside and hit the scoreboard. It was the type of football we expect from him.
Aaron Edwards
2 goals, 16 disposals, 9 marks
Very solid. Even though he didn’t have a heap of ball and kicked 2.2, he was very dominant. He won one-on-one contests and provided us with plenty of drive going into our forward 50.
Cadeyn Williams
16 disposals
Played most of the game on the wing, which was a bit of a change up for him. Did a lot of structural things right and ran hard when we had the ball. But we need our wingers getting 20-plus possessions to dominate games against the better sides.
Ben Darrou
14 disposals, 5 spoils, 4 rebound 50s
Didn’t have a lot of action down his end but was solid when the ball went down there. Didn’t lose a one-on-one contest and also contributed offensively for the team.
Kamdyn McIntosh
13 disposals, 3 tackles
Was solid across half back in his second or third game playing defence. Again, the ball wasn’t down there enough for those guys to have a huge impact but offensively he was able to get on the end of it a few times.
Shaun Hampson
2 goals, 11 disposals, 5 marks, 39 hit outs
Was very dominant with his ruck work and when he was up forward. Could have ended up with four or five goals if he held his marks.
Orren Stephenson
11 disposals, 39 hit outs
Very good in the ruck. Probably the most dominant ruck work I’ve seen all year. His marking was also a highlight, which it has been for the last month or two. He’s definitely one of the in-form big men in the VFL at the moment, hopefully he’ll be pushing for senior selection.
Matt Dea
11 disposals, 3 tackles
Was solid. Wasn’t put under huge pressure by Bendigo’s forwards or midfielders but played his role for the night.
Liam McBean
5 goals, 10 disposals, 5 marks
Made the most of his opportunities on the night but took a little bit to get going in the first half. Had a massive third quarter where he kicked three of his five goals. Constantly kept leading up the ground, which is what we expect him to do.
Todd Elton
9 disposals, 4 spoils
Played a defensive role on one of Bendigo’s key forwards and did a good job on him. His opponent only kicked goals when he was off the ground or when he was on a different match up. He’s competing well.
