Could not handle watching the final quarter...once jack kicked the goal in the opening minute of the last- that was it for me...had to go for a walk around the block ( for 30 min) . Could not handle the pressure.
Any other oerites like me ....or am I just a big girl.

My heart was beating a 100mph that last five ministers , Alfred Hitchcock couldn't have scripted a better thriller :shh :dancing

Well at least I haven't professed to crying like some of you :lol
-
Girls, the lot of you ;D
Fairly tense, I just thought we'd find a way last night in the last quarter.
Silly optimism perhaps particularly when they were peppering the goals but I thought if we could get a fast break we'd goal - that Dusty......nice to have him in our f50 when the game is up for grabs.

Big girl but we love u

Big girls, you are beautiful (even Robbie Williams thinks so)

I swear and curse and scream very loudly. That's my pressure release valve. For those of you who have seen footage of me on TV and YouTube carrying on this way, I can assure you I am much worse in the privacy of my own home. The things I scream out would get me arrested at the footy for sure.

It is a fact of being a Richmond supporter that you must be put through hell but the joy from that win was incredible.

Yes I too nearly threw up, found it difficult to breath too.
But hearing the siren was all worth it.
.... I didn't cry though. That's just sissy.

Felt sick but watched.
Still felt shaky an hour after the siren but that could have been the alcohol.

Had no probs at all
As I posted in the game day thread I was surprised at how relaxed I was during the entire game.
Yelled at the TV twice in 120 mins of footy ;D
All good :clapping
Watched it all, enjoyed it, looking forward to The trip to Adelaide next week

Been better the last few years as little ears can hear but last night could feel it and my heart was going a million miles an hour. Was just so fired up. Not long after the siren was still adrenalin filled and was asked by a Hawk relative how Hawks would fare against Geelong to which I replied, "this is finals you worry about your team and I'll worry about mine". Totally understood by those who know me and what I have endured in my time as an RFC fan.
The success and failure of our footy teams makes and breaks us all that I can admit to. :thumbsup

Terrific, just Terrific.
I'm suprised you weren't there.
Is this first game you've missed in a while WP?

Only missed 2 games this season, round 1 and yesterday. Decided a couple of months ago wasn't going to Sydney. Also had something on yesterday morning.
Going next week, flights booked just have to get through the nightmare of tomorrow online trying to get tickets to the game.

I was in and out of the room for the first half and then needed to head to the city during the second half. I wanted the driver to turn the radio off at times but the bastards forced me to listen just to see me squirm! The others were Melbourne and Collingwood supporters so were barracking for Sydney. It wasn't until I left the car and found that at the venue everyone was watching the game did I force myself to watch the last 5 minutes, had a few heart attacks and was completely elated when the siren went!
One of the most stressful games I have ever watched.

I was resigned to the fact Grigg would fall over, Chaplin would do something stupid or or Morris/grimes body part to fall off at an unfortunate time
But then when griff to the leo Barry mark I think richmond fans kind if expected that :shh
