Not sure if this has been already mentioned ,but with Malcolm speed joining Cycling Australia has he vacated his Richmond board seat?

He's been appointed Chairman of Cycling Australia

So he is on the board as director. Just like he is at Richmomd and on the board of Golf Australia

And no he hasn't vacated his seat on the RFC board

Have heard of people sitting on up to 5-6 boards at any given time

No biggie IMHO as it is quite common
