Most hated for me:
Carlton > Collingwood > Essendon.
Also hate Geelong, Hawthorn, North, Melbourne.
Kinda DGAF about Saints/Doggies.
Hate all interstate sides.
Except Brisbane. They're alright. Memories of their '01-'04 era still foster my respect.

How the actual stuff are you supposed to pick between Carlton and Collingwood? Technically, I was raised to hate Collingwood more by my dad, and have done so diligently by about 1 hairs breadth more than Carltank.

Carlton supporters are absolute scum. They have no class what so ever. They should all be sent on a space ship to another planet or shovelled into a volcano with plenty of liquid magma. I hate Carlton so much that Collingwood is my second preferred club.

Collingwood supporters any better? I think not. Came home last night and my place was robbed - I felt sure it was by a magpie fan because an old 6 pack of Woodstock was stolen, my moccasins were missing and the dog was pregnant

I will also point out they dismantled us during the trade war and we were ruined, thats how much hate was between us. They have since won premierships while we lived on life support, allowed Hawthorn to cruise past us and you halfwits cannot generate the testosterone to realise that these slimely scumbags and their fat, turgid, florid Edward are the enemy we must grind into the dust? GET SOME stuffING HATE IN YOU ! These pricks tried to destroy our club! They nearly did!
OH not to mention they are parading around with what should of been our father son picks as their stars as a stuffing result of said trade war...
Had our ex players as coaches. All designed to rub it in our faces of course. Parked their arses across the road from Punt Road to lear at us. HATE!

My late father was a Collingwood man and it's because of my Dad I follow Richmond. He never pushed us follow Collingwood, said we could follow any club we wanted but once we picked "our" team we had to stick with them no matter what. That's what I've done all because of what my Dad said to me.

I have a feeling in 2-3 years when the Collingwodds are ready to challenge again we might be up and about too, the old rivalry will probably become the most relevant in footy once again because their list has plenty of young talent as does ours. Carlton and Essendon are just old nothing lists that won't deliver anything but low top 8 finishes

With me being old enough to well recall the tribal days of VFL it is deeply ingrained in me to hate every other Victorian club with a passion. For those of you on here who went to Vic Park , Windy Hill , Moorabbin , Arden St , Princes' Park etc etc you will understand where I'm coming from. The intensity of my hatred can change over time for certain teams. Right now it's Essendon and North who I hate most.
Having said that , I wouldn't enjoy footy as much as I do if I didn't have these teams to hate. It's part of the fun.
I don't hate the interstate teams. I don't really give a toss about them one way or the other.

As someone born in the late 80s for me it's hawthorn. Mainly because I don't like their supporters. You know, the kind of supporters which go for Hawthorn but never watch a match or attend a game or know the rules.

Nope still Carlton for me. '82 GF trumps all that. We smashed Collingwood in 1980 and they never won a flag with any of our players anyway. Trade war damage was as much our fault as theirs. We arrogantly tried to low-ball our stars in the first place when they wanted to stay and then engaged in petty tit-for-tat poaching of their duds when we could've just replaced them with good players from poorer clubs instead.

Mick was on the roids back then. He was a monster. The other two were great footballers though.

They were a bunch of pricks ! My Grandson played for them but he got squeezed out coz of the cap when Lance 'Knickerbocker' Frankston was lured to the club for thripney per week.
