Richmond is mourning the passing of 1967 premiership player Alan Richardson.
‘Bull’, as he was affectionately known, died this morning following a long illness. He was 74 years of age.
Richmond recruited Richardson from Victorian western district club Casterton and he made his senior league debut for the Club in 1959

Condolences to the Richardson family, wife Dianne, Matthew, Samantha, Andrew and Tracey.
Special thoughts to Matthew who we obviously know through him representing the tiges and through his media roles.

Met Alan, his wife and Matthew during some of his health struggles. Beautiful family, all of them. You could really see how Richo ended up being such a decent bloke with folks like his.

It is a terribly sad day when you lose a parent (Dad or Mum), it is simply an incredibly tough time.
