Most likely rubbish but saw this posted by a Blues supporter on BF:


Jamie Elliott to Richmond in 2016, 5 year deal

Heard this from a couple of different people in the past couple of months, I think Elliott probably will stay at Collingwood but the Tigers are rumoured to be super keen on him, actually the type of player that could be the icing on their cake, they do need a pacey mid/small forward goal kicking type.

Wouldn't be surprised if we were into him, but he'd be hard to obtain. Expensive, no go-home factor, trade would be difficult... Can't see it happening - unless he sees us as being closer to a flag than Collingwood, and has no loyalty to his current club whatsoever.

my mail is we are pretty keen :shh, will be very difficult to make happen though, a trade only that would likely need a R1 + vickery to make happen which would trump what they got for Beams  :o
