Title: Richie Benaud dies at age 84

Just saw it on the Telly.

The voice of my childhood and adulthood over the summer.

Sadly passed at 84.

A great innings.

RIP Richie. :'(

Very sad. To me this bloke was Mr Cricket. None of the new generation comes close.

As the old saying goes you don't what you've got until it's gone

And this summer in particular I realised how much I missed your distinctive commentary style

Agree with Angus, today's batch don't even come close
