Rance never looked comfortable last night with a moving opponent, Hogan just constantly moved around and never allowed Rance to watch the play unfold as a stationary back. These tactics never allowed Rance to read the play and be the intercept machine he has been, it also made him look vulnerable in one on ones.
As a side either sign or advise the club of your intentions to enable us to be involved in the back room negotiations for uncontracted players from other clubs with his money. All the articles this week are also proving to be a unnecessary distraction.

A question should be why they didn't change Ashby and Rance
-
If nothing else Friday night may have "clarified" the worth of Rance.

That's what you called being out coached by the other team.

That is what I kept saying to the tv as well. Seemed obvious to me.

i didnt watch the melbourne game
but i been watching rance for a long time
and his worth is clarified already imo

lost $100,000 off his contract on that performance.

There's already a Rance thread.
Also Rance does usually play well against moving forwards (see Reiwoldt and Buddy). Was just an off game for him

Worth every penny of $600,000
$700,000 pushing it
$800,000 overs if you want to pinch him from RFC
Truth is he looked distracted and off his game Friday night. Guess I'm disappointed but it's pretty rough picking on him of all people...
