Now that the club had decided to engage in a more "professional" approach, surely the time has come to engage a professional external review of the poor on field performance in 2015.
It isn't just the mistakes we are making but the repeated and fundamental errors which is annoying me.
The ground hog day excuses, the obvious list, selection and coaching errors that so many can see but the club appears buried in the sand by refusing to acknowledge.
Show some genuine accountability and hire external, football experts to evaluate:-
List management and recruiting strategies
Coaching panel effectiveness including player development
The impact of on and off field leadership development programs
The ROI on money invested into the above programs.
Do it now, do it thoroughly, make recommendations to the board and then share it with club members and key sponsors.
Be accountable Benny, be brave enough to be judged Dimma, Dan, Blair etc

love the idea of sharing with club and members..Without us there is no club so take us on board RFC

The intent would show the club has integrity

Too many people with too much to lose. It won't happen until the season is mathematically cooked

Collingwood had a members meeting last year , good idea , we need one :gotigers

You mean the review they promised last year but instead went with the boards own judgement?

I did hear that Benny Gale shot a 36 at Huntingdale last week - never played golf before!

Need someone independent of the club who will finally indentify without fear or favour all the cancer that needs to be removed, otherwise it will just keep growing back. No use just cutting out 50% or 75% of the malignancy.
