The AFL wishes to advise the Match Review Panel has reviewed the first eight matches played in round 10 of the 2015 Toyota AFL Premiership Season. The following charges were laid:

Charges Laid:

Shane Edwards, Richmond, has been charged with being the instigator of melee during the first quarter of the Round 10 match between Richmond and Fremantle, played at Domain Stadium on Friday June 5, 2015.

In summary, he can accept a $1500 sanction with an early plea.

A first offence for being the instigator of a melee is a $2500 sanction. The player has no applicable bad record. An early plea can reduce the penalty to a $1500  sanction.

Michael Walters, Fremantle, has been charged with a second offence of being involved in a melee during the first quarter of the Round 10 match between Fremantle and Richmond, played at Domain Stadium on Friday June 5, 2015.

In summary, he can accept a $1500 sanction with an early plea.

A second offence for being involved in a melee is a $2500 sanction. The player has no applicable bad record. An early plea can reduce the penalty to a $1500  sanction.

Danyle Pearce, Fremantle, has been charged with a second offence of being involved in a melee during the first quarter of the Round 10 match between Fremantle and Richmond, played at Domain Stadium on Friday June 5, 2015.
