knights probably stilll needs a game or two...
has only played 2x three quarter games in vfl..
can bring back for the hawks or back against his old mob crows

Slim pickings for small forwards with goal sense, i suppose in Lloyd its as close as we get, with the weather being ominous we will need someone who can make something from nothing. Unfortunately as its been highlighted throughout this forum we badly lack a class small forward and its these types of games where they come to the fore. Maybe this is the sort of game where Newman might actually involve himself a bit more, lets hope so anyway. Donuts a bit stiff given he seems to get just the one crack and then back to the VFL for a few months. Good to see Griff back but honestly with Maric and Hamspud also playing i fear we will be somewhat top heavy in the expected wet conditions. On the other hand i note Thomas is named as emergency so expect maybe Maric to drop out the 22 as a late change.
