Title: Finals Loss
Post by: WA Tiger on September 04, 2015, 08:53:34 PM
No chance against North/Crows in the first final at this rate, actually, if we bung this crap on next week expect another 80 point exit.

Better to be mentally switched off and dish up this rubbish at Etihad tonight than next week when it matters.

If we lose what sort of mental state do you think they will be in next week after ten barrage of crap they will cop because they can't beat Norths VFL side?

Oddly enough, we play better and mentally freer when there are no expectations and everyone has written us off.

We will beat them at the MCG. We have been poor tonight but Hardwick will have them ready when it counts  :thumbsup

Why do people always say that after the event, get involved when the thread is raised. Let me tell you something, this thread is more about next week and we cannot afford to dish up the first half crap next week like we did last night or we will be blown out of the water in the first 15 minutes.

They had 9 of their best out and they were 16 points up after half time, do you really think we can be in that position next week???

Just wait until next Sunday WAT, we play better at the G, we also finished off really strongly which was a very positive sign.

Well I hope so but im just not so sure unfortunately. Never mind about finishing off strongly, that wont help us next week. we could finish off strongly next week too but be behind by 60 points. We need a complete game next week and if we dont turn up like last night then its all over again.

Now the Bulldogs and the Crows have both been beaten it makes me think we shouldn't read too much into last night.

Absolutely. Rd 23 generally brings up some odd results. Last night will mean nothing come next Sunday.

I wonder if we had kicked 14 goals in the first half and 2 goals in the second half , would that of stopped the hysteria this morning .

we were in cruise mode for 3 quarters then finished the last quarter off which was exactly what was to be expected.  We were not going to bust our blurters or risk our necks on their seconds side or let that scumbag work out his strategies on us while he rested his prima donnas.  I really couldn't give a fat rats arse who we play next week, if we want to win the Granny, we have to beat whoever they throw up on the day where ever we have to front them simple.

You look at the lead a severely undermanned feel had over port, you look at a depleted lions outfit beating the dogs, means nothing, it's all about how you turn up on finals day, we'll be ready to go next week I have no doubt

why?

Well some ladies are not appreciative of hysterectomies and you shouldn't use that in the context of your conversation.

if you knew the history of the hysterectomy and why it is called such you would understand the context of my comment.

besides, since when did you get all PC?

Getting in before the

"I told you all. You all said I was wrong."

WAT, the only Richmond supporter that can't lose this week.

Option 1 - Richmond wins

Option 2 - WAT bumps 17 "I told you so" threads

Either way WAT wins

No correct Dumbo, I really ope we win but bloody hell the question needs to be asked, or do we just forget the flip side of the coin?? Take your head out of the sand, this is what a forum is for, so discuss it but don't come in and bung that crap on!!

Guarantee if we lose you bump it with an "I told you"

You do it time and again mate.

Also, good use of the word Dumbo instead of Damo. I reckon I get what you did there. Genius moment.

It doesn't matter if I bump it, grow up, its a forum, if you are going to be that depressed if we lose then don't come back on the forum until you get over it.

So what, so do I and many others.

Gee sorry, typo.
